- All customers must fill out and/or have a valid waiver before entering the park Sign Waiver
- Socks Required: Everyone must wear socks when jumping. Socks are available for purchase at the front desk.
- Parent Supervision: Parents should supervise children while they play.
- Slide Safety: One person at a time should go down slides. Parents may slide with toddlers, but must ensure they do so safely.
- Bounce Safety: Little and big people should not bounce together. Adults can sit inside bounce houses to stay close to children, but should not bounce with them.
- Inflatable Rules: Parents or children older than 12 may enter inflatables with younger kids, but no jumping or running. The toddler zone is for children 4 years and under.
- Slide Instructions: Slide feet-first and avoid bouncing at the top. Just sit down and slide.
- Designated Courses: Stay on the designated course of all inflatables.
- Safe Sliding: When sliding, keep arms and elbows off the vinyl to avoid "rug burn." No fighting, wrestling, or throwing balls.
- Snow Room Entry: Kids should wear clean boots (not regular shoes) and parents should wear boot covers. Parents should dress children warmly with jackets, rain pants, and gloves, and supervise them closely to prevent running or snowball throwing.
- Empty Pockets: Please empty your pockets before jumping and remove all jewelry, including earrings, necklaces, and rings. No belt buckles, keys, or keychains.
- No Jumping Under Influence: Do not jump if you are under the influence of drugs or alcohol, for your safety and that of others.
- Assistive Needs: If you have any physical or mental disabilities (temporary or permanent), please see the staff for assistance. Park employees can help with balance only; mobility aids and prosthetics should be left off the rides.
- Follow Staff Instructions: Please listen to our staff and adhere to any additional safety rules outlined in your party contract or on safety signs inside the venue.
For Your Safety Always Follow These Rules:
- Do not try dangerous tricks
- Do not have anything in your mouth while jumping (gum, candy, food, drink, etc.)
- Do not run or race across the trampoline courts
- Do not push or tackle
- Do not touch any perimeter netting or top pads
- Do not take unnecessary risks
- Do not jump from trampolines to decking
- Do not dive headfirst into ball pits
- Wear appropriate clothing for physical activities
- Take breaks when needed
