Each ticket provides all-day access to all available attractions, including:
â Jump City â Inflatable Arena
A large indoor bounce playground featuring slides, obstacle courses, climbing areas, bounce houses, and a toddler-friendly play section.
â Snow Room with Real Snow
Experience real snow all year! Kids can play, make snowballs, and slide down the inflatable snow hill.
Snow Room is open on Saturdays & Sundays but snow room availability may varyâplease call ahead for updates.
â Snowy CafĂ© â Parent Relaxation & Snack Area
Take a break in our cozy Snowy CafĂ©! Enjoy comfortable seating, snacks, drinks, and a clear view of the play areasâperfect for parents while kids explore and play.

Admission Details
Children (1â12 years old):
A ticket is required for entry to Jump City and the Snow Room.
Children Under 1:
Free admission. A supervising adult must still have a ticket unless tickets have already been purchased for other children.
Adults:
Free admission when accompanying a child with a paid ticket.
If no child ticket is purchased, an adult ticket is required.
Accompanying Adults & Older Kids (12+):
Parents and older kids may walk with younger children in the inflatables area, but for safety reasons, jumping or running is not allowed.
Ticket Purchase and Redemption
When you buy tickets online, you will receive a confirmation email. To redeem your ticket, simply show the email to the cashier upon arrival, and you’re ready to enjoy your experience! There is no expiration date, and the ticket can be used any day for a one-time pass.
