REQUEST
Submit your fundraiser request at least three weeks in advance. Our reservations team will follow up to confirm your school or non-profit’s eligibility.
PROMOTE & INVITE
To help promote your event and spread the word, special flyers, coupons, and promotional tips are available online. Use these resources to invite your organization members, supporters, and the local community.
EARN
Get a 20% donation on ALL sales* (generated by your school or non-profit) including game play, pizza, drinks & more!
SCHOOL FUNDRAISERS
Support extracurricular activities like after-school clubs, class field trips, sports teams, music and arts programs.
- For non-profit, public or private schools with at least 75 enrolled students
- Free meal included for all teachers in attendance
- Snowy visit your school on the day of your event to help promote your event
NON-PROFIT FUNDRAISERS
Invite potential donors to a night of all-around fun and raise funds for your non-profit.
- For 501(c)(3) organizations with at least 75 participating members that directly benefit children’s causes up to the age of 12
- A copy of the organization’s W-9 is required

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
In order to notify your students, family and friends about the event, we require at least a 21-day notice to book. We will provide you with a link to access our promotional fundraising materials after you have reserved your event.
When you receive your confirmation email, you will have access to online tools to promote your fundraiser.
