Refunds
No refunds will be given.
How do I cancel my membership?
You can cancel at any time.
To cancel your membership, please do so at least 10 days before your next payment.
How do I Update my membership?
An account is not required. When you purchase the subscription, as a customer, you should get an email confirmation and a link to a Manage Subscription with the options to cancel, pause, resume or edit the payment information.

Can I transfer my membership?
No, memberships are non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
Can I pay manually each month?
No, your credit card will be automatically charged on the same day of the month that you initially signed up for the membership.
When will my card be charged?
Your credit card will be charged on the same day of the month that you signed up. For example, if you signed up on March 12, all future payments will be charged on the 12th of each month. If you signed up on March 31, your payment will be on the last day of the month in months with fewer than 31 days, so your next payment would be on April 30.
