Important Reminders
- When booking a party, the full payment is required at the time of booking. You have the flexibility to reschedule the event at any time with no expiration date. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to two weeks before the event and receive a full refund, If you cancel your event after that, you will forfeit the full amount. Simply open your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel.
- Please note that tables are not reserved for your groups; however, you are welcome to sit at any available table(We provide a designated table for you to store your belongings while you play, but please note that we cannot guarantee a table will always be available. We will do our best to accommodate you). Additionally, this service does not include items typically offered in birthday party packages, such as pizzas, drinks, or other extras. You are welcome to add these as optional add-ons, subject to availability.
- We have 4 water fountains to keep everyone hydrated but you are welcome to bring yours.
