Regular Party Schedule
🎈 2 Hours of Fun!
Your party includes 2 hours of total fun, with 1.5 hours in your private party room or reserved table. Please note that while your room/table is private, the play areas are shared with other guests.
🕒 Party Schedule
First 45 minutes: Kids will enjoy playtime in Jump City.
Next phase: They’ll head to your party room or reserved table for pizza, cake, and presents.
Final 30 minutes: Finish the celebration with more time in Jump City or in the Snow Room (if added).
Example: If your party starts at 2:00 PM
Jump City: 2:00–4:00 PM
Party Room/Table: 2:00–3:30 PM
Snow Room (if added): 3:30–4:00 PM
At 3:30 PM, our team will help you move your belongings to a public table so we can clean and prep the room for the next party.
Please note You’ll have full access to Jump City for whole 2 hours.
If you’d like to stay a little longer and we’re still open, it’s usually fine for shared birthday parties. However, if you plan to stay more than 15 minutes and more than half of the party guests will remain, please add an extra hour of Jump City time to your booking.
Private Party Schedule

1 Hour & 40 Minutes in your Private Party Room
Enjoy exclusive access to Jump City — it’s all yours for the first hour to jump, bounce, and play!
🕒 Party Schedule
First 60 minutes: Private access to Jump City
Next 40 minutes: Head to your Private Party Room for pizza, cake, and gift opening
After that: Move to the Private Snow Room (if added)
Example: If your party is booked for 10:00 AM
Private Jump City: 10:00–11:00 AM
Private Party Room: 10:00–11:40 AM
Private Snow Room (if added): 11:40–12:10 PM
At 11:40 AM, we’ll assist with moving your items to a public table while we clean and prepare the room for the next party.
⚠️ Please note: The entire venue is not private — only the spaces listed above. For full venue rental, please select the Private Venue option during booking.
Also, please note that re-entry to the play area is not allowed after your one-hour session has ended in private party.
Private Venue Schedule
Please note you’ll have the entire venue for 2 hours. In the last 20 minutes, we’ll begin cleaning one of the party rooms. We kindly ask for your cooperation with the host party to ensure smooth transitions between activities.

Field Trip Schedule

Seating: Tables are first come, first served — you’re welcome to use any available one! We’ll have a designated spot for your group’s belongings, but we can’t guarantee a reserved table.
Party Items: This option does not include items from our birthday party packages (like pizza, drinks, or decorations). You can add those anytime — just check out our party add-ons!
Play Time: Your group gets 2 hours of access to Jump City fun!
Add the Snow Room? Cool idea! It’s $10 per child or $50–$75 for the full group. Want to add it? Just reply here to confirm.
Supervision: Parents or caregivers must actively supervise children during all activities.
Food Options: You can order from Snowy Café or bring your own food with an add-on. See our birthday party add-ons for details.

Playdate Schedule
- Waivers: Must be completed online in advance.
- Duration: Your field trip experience is 2 hours, with full access to the jump arena.
- Supervision: School staff must always supervise students during activities, as Snowy Fun does not provide supervision.
- Food Options: You can order pizzas from Snowy Café or bring your own.
- Snowy room: Snow room is not available weekdays.
