Welcome to Our Park!
Our park is open to the public and offers a variety of exciting activities for children.
Open Play: Each ticket provides all-day access to our Bouncy House Arena and Snow Room.
Admission Details:
- Children (1-12 years old): A ticket is required for Jump City and the Snow Room.
- Adults: Admission for adults is free when accompanying a child with a paid ticket. Otherwise, a separate adult ticket is required.
- Children under 1: Receive free admission. However, a supervising adult must still purchase a ticket. If tickets have already been purchased for other children, an adult ticket is not required.
Operating Hours: Before planning your visit, please check our website for current operating hours. Note that we may host private parties on weekdays, so visit our openplay page for the latest updates.
Snow Room Availability: The Snow Room is typically open on weekends(Saturday sand Sundays), but availability can vary. We recommend calling ahead for the latest details.
Birthday Party Policies: Bringing cake or cupcakes is only allowed with a reserved birthday party booking. Celebrate your special day with us!
Accompanying Adults: Parents and older kids (ages 12 and up) are encouraged to accompany younger children in the inflatables area. However, for safety, jumping or running is prohibited.
Ticket Purchase and Redemption
When you buy tickets online, you will receive a confirmation email. To redeem your ticket, simply show the email to the cashier upon arrival, and you’re ready to enjoy your experience! There is no expiration date, and the ticket can be used any day for a one-time pass.
