Important Reminders
- When booking a party, the full payment is required at the time of booking. You have the flexibility to reschedule the event at any time with no expiration date. If you need to cancel, you can do so up to two weeks before the event and receive a full refund, If you cancel your event after that, you will forfeit the full amount. Simply open your confirmation email to reschedule or cancel.
- For playdates or field trips, cake and cupcakes are not permitted, but you may bring snacks or lunch for the children if desired.
- Additional kid: $10
- We have 4 water fountains to keep everyone hydrated but you are welcome to bring yours.
- All event participants need an active participant waiver for snowy fun. Waivers can be completed online in advance. We will email you link after you book event.
- Field trip permission slips from parents and waiver are required. It is the organizations responsibility to get these in advance. Snowy fun just will check Waiver before entering jump city.
- School staff should supervise kids while playing. Snowy fun has not any responsibility for supervision.
- Everyone should watch safety video before enter jump city. We recommend your staff in charge for event date read this page and show this video to kids:

At Snowy Fun, we aim to offer physical, social, and mental challenges for children in a safe and engaging environment. Kids will enjoy bouncing and playing together in our large indoor inflatable arena and Snow Room, while your organization will appreciate our clean, climate-controlled, and secure facilities.
Our venue is perfect for youth groups such as elementary school classes, school clubs, Scouts, childcare centers, recreational camps, and church or youth groups. Snowy Fun’s indoor playground arena and Snow Room cater specifically to children from toddler age up to 12 years old.
Visiting groups are expected to provide their own adult supervision while at Snowy Fun. There is no admission fee for supervising adults, making it an easy and enjoyable outing for everyone involved. Let us provide a memorable and fun experience for your group!
